Privacy Request

Use this form to exercise your rights under applicable data protection law (GDPR and others):

• access a copy of your personal data
• correct (rectify) inaccurate data
• delete (erase) your data
• export your data (portability)
• restrict or object to processing, including profiling
• withdraw consent (marketing / optional features)

What happens next

• We verify your identity before processing to prevent unauthorized disclosure.
• If your request relates to data held by a specific restaurant, we may forward your request to that restaurant or redirect you to it.
• Where Hostme is the controller, we respond within one month. Complex requests may take up to two additional months.
• We do not charge for requests except where permitted by applicable law.
